The challenge

Medical compliance in football is rarely simple. Proving it, rarely possible.

FA Medical Regulations and Premier League Rules mandate compliance across every bag, every clinician, every event. Today, the evidence sits in paper checklists, spreadsheets and individual memory. Proving full compliance? Slow and laborious.

Our vision

quantific8 makes medical compliance provable. Across sport.

Player safety is never compromised.

Compliant kit. Compliant clinicians. No compromise.

The solution

From capture to compliance. One continuous trail.

i Capture evidence · before any event

A full bag check, in minutes. Not hours.

A pitchside bag holds 100+ items, each on its own clock: medication expiry, equipment service intervals, batch traceability. In the kit bay, training ground, or on tour overseas, the clinician photographs each label. The platform reads it directly: lot number, expiry date and batch number captured automatically, then confirmed as match, in date, recorded to a permanent audit trail. When every item clears, the bag flips to READY. A bag check that used to take half a working day, done in minutes.

Per-item capture
quantific8 iOS app: bag check complete. Senior Team Travel Emergency bag now READY, valid for 7 days. 114 units verified across 9 sections in 31 minutes, with items resolved during the check and any flagged for follow-up.
Bag complete · READY
ii Govern · at the club

The Head of Medical sees daily readiness. Every bag, every clinician.

One screen tells the truth about the club: which bags are READY, which need action today, what is coming on the horizon. Every check, every replacement, every service is one click away, and audit trails compile automatically into board-ready reports.

iii Oversee · across the network

The FA sees training. The Premier League sees kit. Both, observable continuously.

FA Medical Regulations cover clinical-staff certifications. Premier League Rules cover medical kit. Two regulators, two remits, neither with continuous oversight today. The platform delivers both: the FA's single view of training compliance across every clinician, the Premier League's view of kit compliance across every club. Each regulator's remit, observable continuously rather than reconstructed retrospectively.

Trial partners

Selecting a small set of clubs and the FA itself to deploy and validate the platform alongside us, ahead of general availability. If you'd like to be one of them, the contact box is below.

Q1 2027

Launch and scale

General availability across FA-sanctioned football. Rolling out club by club, league by league, with the trail of evidence growing under every check.

Beyond

Other sports, other services

Once the platform has scaled across the FA-sanctioned football pyramid, the same compliance grammar travels cleanly into other sporting disciplines and clinical settings such as the NHS.
